Satlook Mark IV FTA Manual English Version

Hi , ppl wondering if anybody knows the fastest way to get English manual for Satlook Mark IV FTA other than " www.emitor.se " Because I am trying to get this manual from www.emitor.se under the catogories list - English Manual , but I can not access anything from this site always says unknown zone . Please advice what is the problem ?
