It's all gone horribly quiet on the seca 2 crack, is there any light at the end of the tunnel or is it time to put my receiver in the attic.

Rich.

The jungle drums have started AGAIN on this subject "elsewhere".
Cards due for release in next few days "dont hold your breath"
If its a commercial Hack "this aint gonna be like Conax "dream cards"
it`ll be a certain provider on 1 bird, "so no secca 2 for all" unless you get about 100 diff cards.

Are a lot of peeps gonna get stung here "CERTAINLY". Ive never believed
any encryption sys has been HACKED "just manipulated", or opened by competitors, so as with Dreamcard "if C didge want too" they can kill anytime they want "or can afford".

As of now there is only a small glimmer of hope:
On the Feliciaco download site I discoverd relatively new(Aug., Sept. 2003)
Seca2 MOSC documentations (only in Spanish).

http://www.spinnes-board.de/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=2330

If the link doesn't work try these:
  • http://www.feliciaco.com/index.php?op=m4b9&idioma=es Manual para actualizar la negra a Agosto
  • http://www.feliciaco.com/index.php?op=m4b8&idioma=es Manual para hacer rMosc a la negra, para novatos

If you could CLONE a MOSC "youd have opened the encryption completely" whch as far as i know has never been done on any system, all thats being done on secca2 mosc`s is modifiying subscriber packages, and Dates,(i say all) as we dont have Secca 2 "here in blighty" so it dont really help us, we do the same with NTL/Cable, and did with ITV DIDGE (mosc clone autoupdated) Which was useless to the guys abroad, I know of a few peeps purchaseing secca2 basic packages abroad, and useing here, but also heard SECCA2 has been hacked
and will be available round chrimbo "there again heard FAIRYS were down some kids garden some years back"

Hi,

The latest news is that indeed just single packages are available on commercial cards, one package one subscriber for 149 € indeed

B.C. Share your scepticism. My Aston 105 should be frozen for future revival. same probably goes for Viaccess. 2 month ago I was happy watching some HRT and SLO channls from Via 1 ,along with Animaux Escales and some Cine channels from Canal+ , but no longer. Saw some site claming to have Via2 and Seca 2 files ,but site is not fuctionable. Either hoax or too hot and were shut down

Hi COR. ...Commercial and 149E. are not sitting well with me. If I cannot get it for free I can manage without..As I see it all these services are no longer commercial free and are and should be paid by advertisers. These guys are just trying to milk two cows.

Hi,

The aston module cannot be converted.
The going price of the MR is from 99 to 149 Euro's depending on where you buy them, in the UK they tend to be more pricy too.

I reprogrammed my 2 magic cams to MR with the CAS interface.
With the CAS interface i can also reprogram them back if i wish.

What it does:
MR 1.XX Description.
CAS system.
1. Irdeto 1,2
2. Seca 1,2
3. Viaccess 1,2
4. Nagravision
5. Conax
6. Cryptoworks.
7. Fun6in1 Working With 5east

Emulator System.
1. Irdeto 1.(Canal+ NL)
2. Viaccess 1.(TPS, Multivision)
3. Nagravision (ViaDigital) Reset For New T's
4. Seca1 (ABSat)
5. Betacrypt(Premiere, ORF)

MR 1.03 Revision History.
Fun6in1
1. Betacrypt works.

Emulator System.
same as fun5in1 card Added
1. Astra : Canal + France
2. Sirius : Viasat
3. Hotbird : Polsat.
4. ST1 : MNBN
Cheers,

Cor.

Strange you say SLO and HRT are not working. Unless they have chaged this weekend they are still dual broadcasting in Via1 and the next version

Wow! Thanks for a complete package. Looks like the most advanced module for today. Also looks like you have complete knowledge on the subject. If I can trouble you with one more question.
I am planning to go back to Canada in a few months. Knowing that these modules have same use and application there will make my purchasing decisions much easier.

Hi, C.H. I lost HRT and SLO along with other via1 channels that regular files were capable of openning about a month ago. At the same time all remaining seca 1 :CNBC,Anumaux.Escales., EUROSPORT, CINE disappeared too. I was posting it on Viaccess post in replay to Baka, mentioning the same. I tried many files 6x1 and special Viaccess and spacial Seca-nothing. If not for the same comment from Baka I would blame my receiver or programmer. Another fellow member Rasco suggested reprogramming the keys, but I am not familiar with this...

Just checked here and they are all still going

It could be the receiver and its limitations with a CAM and card for all the keys from all the providers

If you cannot edit codes then its not easy to customise a card to give you only what you want to watch

Which channels do you receive in Via 1?

None. My receiver Is Samsung 9000 with 2 cam slots and 2 embeded Viaccess slots. Before I was receiving from Asrta and Hotbird. But about 6 month I remover Astra LNB. Samsung getting software updates from Astra. Could that be a hinderance???

Never seen the 9000 version, only the 9500.

What boot version is installed?

The newer types certainly lack something for the enthusiast

133 rings a bell, this should be fine for all goldcards, using dedicated viaccess codes, and a separate one for the Irdeto - though its been a long time since I played with one of them

Well ,now we know that I have correct software. Also I use Fun card not Gold. It shouldn't make much diff. You say that these channals still transmit in Via1. There aren't files that I haven't tried. I am getting message that channals are not entitled.... My programer seem to be working OK. I have good strength of signal and I am loosing my patience...( not seriously)
