Not the dish but the Cam.

My Freecam appears to have become completely useless with Opos xin1 files for my Opos card, and with D+/Taquilla set to go on my Aston Cam it'd be nice to have TPS/Multivision back. I hear this is possible if I convert my Aston Cam (1.05 I think it is) to Beef (not the food I hope) and use the Opos xin1 Beef file on it.

How would I go about doing this? Anyone know where I can get the files to do the necessary conversion?

I believe that Beef patch is for receivers, not standalone CAMs.

You probably know this but I'm going to say it anyway.

There is no problem with the Opos card and the freecam clearing all TPS channels - it works fine.

The problem is that some receivers can't resolve the correct TPS ECM - all the technical details are explained in the Freecam readme text.
