Seca Flash Crash

Any idea how to reflash a seca cam, after the eeprom has been crorrupted.When a laptop crashed on upgrade using xaload.exe.
the laptop fails to see the cam in the pcmcia slot and the satillite(echostar ad3000ip-viaccess),tried with the sat off, current card, then power on to and all a no go.

does anyone know if there is software that will proggram a cam from blank.

It's OK there is an alternative I have found a person who repairs in the UK @ http://www.strsh.co.yu/one4all.html

hope this help anyone in the UK with the same problem.
