I have programmed my tit card with this file but still can't get Sky Italy or Taquilla with MR1.10. I read something about editing using the file editor on the 'read me' with the aston file before it can decrypt. But I use cas interface 2 and there is no provision for file editing after programming on the tit programming menu. Anybody have a clue what I can do about this?

Sounds like you might need to use a "normal" phoenix mode programmer.

Alan,
Have you "unlocked" the card? I'm fairly sure that file requires no editing, only unlocking. So - program the tit card, leave the card in the programmer, open the editor (from the download) and unlock the card as per the readme instructions. I'm not familiar with the CAS2, though (I thought it was for programming CAMs as opposed to cards?).

There is a Add-On for programming cards with the new CAS2 infact there is a special menu for prgramming the tit card, I have used it to programme the tit card before and it worked for a while on Seca2 but it uses the USB port and not the COM Port. I tried unlocking it with the editor but it would'nt work with CAS2. What kind of programmer do you use?

Hi Alan,
I use the Infinity Phoenix programmer. However, I've just taken a look at the Duolabs website and it says that to use the CAS2 add-on in Phoenix mode (which you need for tit cards), it's done via RS-232 (serial lead) so it looks like you also need to use a COM port. This is also the procedure with the Infinity. It also says that the programmer can be used with 3rd party software so in theory it should work for you.

Strange that you've previously managed a tit card on USB only so is it maybe the case that if you're using Phoenix mode with 3rd party software, you need the serial lead? Any CAS2 users out there?
