Hello people this is my first post on here.

I hope i have posted in right section,

I have one metre motor dish with dreambox in my bedroom i would like to add another box in the living room, Whats the best way to do so. Also will it effect my signal.

Or is it best to run a cable and a eye?

The best way forward on this is to fit a twin output lnb, then run a 2nd cable to the other box. have moved your post from C band section

If you use a twin LNB, only one of the receivers will be able to control the motor. You will need to decide which one it is going to be.

Another option may be to use the rf loopthrough ( Do Dreamboxes have these?). As long as the main receiver is switched off, the 2nd box may be able to take control. It might need a little bit of experimentation to see if it works.

Can you get to the dish?

As changing the LNB from a single to a TWIN, is a fairly straightforward job.
