SES-4 was @ 36 West moving East when I posted moving very fast if the data is correct ?

Code:
http://www.n2yo.com/?s=38087

SES 4 is a hybrid satellite featuring 52 × 36 MHz equivalent C-band transponders and 72 × 36 MHz equivalent Ku-band transponders, a substantial increase in the total capacity available at 22 degrees West

The state-of-the-art spacecraft has been specifically designed for its orbital location, with C-Band beams serving the eastern hemisphere of Europe/Africa, full America's coverage as well as a global beam to support mobile and maritime customers.

Four high power, regional Ku-Band beams will provide service to Europe/Middle East, West Africa, North America and South America with extensive cross-strapping between C- and Ku-band transponders providing enhanced connectivity.

Government applications will benefit from sophisticated command encryption. The satellite is equipped with an ion propulsion system ensuring a minimum life of at least 15 years in orbit.
At a launch weight of 5800 kilograms,

Astra SES New Skies will deploy SES 4 over the Atlantic Ocean region at 22 degrees West this will enable NSS-7 satellite to move to a new orbital position.

SES-4 is still climbing so don't worry about the position!
If you seriously want to track satellites please forget about n2yo that doesn't even show you the TLE date, which is very misleading for satellites that are not yet in final position/orbit. I use the old freeware program Gorbtrack, that can import the Celestrak TLE sets geo.txt and tle-new.txt as often as you like.

SES themselves say NSS-7 will move from 22 to 20 West, I guess to replace the older NSS-5.

Looks like SES-4 has been parked now at 26 West, if so then testing may soon begin here.

I see you have Gorbtrack working. :-righton

BTW, to have to latest TLE data, the checkbox "Auto Update Keppler Files" is of no use. Because it will auto update only once a week or so.
Instead just manually update geo.txt, tle-new.txt and geo.log with the buttons at the right, each time you need to.

Please also check out my sats.csv for gorbtrack, in folder web.inter.nl.net/users/hvdh/sat/Sats
Then you'll see all data from sats.htm inside gorbtrack (correct satellite names, inclination, downlink bands etc.)

SES-4 SATELLITE NOW OPERATIONAL
18.04.2012

With 52 C-band and 72 Ku-band transponders 50th SES satellite is also largest, most powerful SES satellite to date

Luxembourg – April 18th, 2012 – SES S.A. (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG) announced that the SES-4 satellite is now fully operational and ready for service at the orbital location of 338 degrees East.

SES-4 was successfully launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on board an ILS Proton Breeze M booster on February 15th, 2012. SES-4 replaces the NSS-7 satellite at 338 degrees East longitude and provides replacement as well as incremental capacity at this well-established SES orbital slot over the Atlantic Ocean.

SES-4 is a 20-kilowatt satellite manufactured on the flight-proven Space Systems/Loral 1300 platform, with 52 C-band and 72 Ku-band transponders. It has C-band beams serving the eastern hemisphere of Europe and Africa and providing full coverage of the Americas, plus a global C-band beam to support mobile and maritime customers. Four high-power, regional Ku-band beams provide service to Europe, the Middle East, and West Africa, as well as North and South America, with extensive channel switching capability between C- and Ku-band transponders for enhanced connectivity. The satellite is designed to deliver services for 15 years or more.

Martin Halliwell, Chief Technology Officer of SES, stated: "We are delighted to see the 50th spacecraft in the global SES fleet go live and congratulate the technical teams involved for the successful bringing into operation of this important addition to our fleet. SES-4 offers state-of-the-art transmission capacity to SES customers across three continents and for a wide array of applications, including video distribution with DTH power-levels, VSAT, government and maritime services."

NSS-7 will soon move to 20 west.
