Hi I just moved my dish now I cant record sky + well I can but have to wait till the prog starts and it will record but when I try to watch another channel I get" no signal " called sky who done a check and informed me a plugs was not in the proer socket on the LNB but could not say which one I have a thomson quad LNB can anyone tell me which sockets I need to use e.g.:
1234 1 being the one furthest away from the dish

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

I've never experienced a problem regarding which ports to use, but normally use the tow outside ones if only using two.

Have you tried switching the cables around on the Sky+ box itself?

If one output isn't working definitely, it is just as likely to be the cable or connections.
