Signal Boosting

I saw on eBay a product which says it will boost weak satellite signals.
Is it any good for us in the fringe areas?

I have posted a picture for anyone who knows about this.

Forget it m8, those are for boosting signals on long runs of cable when cable losses are an issue. I fit them to runs over about 50m. If the signal is noisey then it just amplifies the noise too.

Your dish shouldn't be having much problem with BBC!

Thx Nick. No not having any problems with the beeb. Actually 2D has been great recently! Actually I was more thinking about trying to get some of the missing FTA eurobird channels.

Forget Eurobird and those missing channels.With your dish,what you get is what you get.No body else in Cyprus gets more than you,although i wish someone would bring over a 10m dish just to see IF we could get more

Just wondering........Is it because you are well out of the footprint(for Eurobird),or is it that your dishes are too big to catch 28.2 AND 28.5?.
