Sirius 2 (4.8°E) missing channel...pls help

Hi,

I have one question:
they say on Kingofsat that this chanell - Pro Tv International ,is on Sirius 2 (4.8°E). I can get this satellite but this channel is missing, any ideea why? There are any settings that i have to change (i have to mention i tryed auto search with no succes)
Looking at their website i see the info they give is this sirius2 ,5 Est, 12449,32,horizontal, this could be the problem?

Add these parameters in manually
12449 H

sr =12130
fec= 7/8

and scan the transponder.

tried last night, no succes, it said: No Signal, and then number of saved channels doesn't change (165).
Is this common, could be the signal weak or something.....
