Hi all

I have a triax TD88 dish along with 6 degree bracket.

Is it possible to receive Sirius and Amos with this set up?

My Ukrainian GF is coming for a few months, it would be great of she could watch her channels.

I have been trying to set up the system for 19+13, I'm not too impressed as the analogue channels have white sparkle on both birds. My Lacuna meter says there's a good signal level. The triax bracket looks a bit odd, the main LNB doesnt seem to look into the centre of the dish (off by a few cm)

If it's possible to get Sirius and Amos on my dish, would it be possible to make my own bracket using two triax lnb holders? Has anyone had good results from the triax flexi block?

Please help :) advise if I need a bigger dish too ;)

Thanks all

My 70cm dish gets the Ukranian stuff fine in London.

Amos 2 (4.0W) - 10762.00 H - DVB/MPEG2 - 23250 3/4 - NID: 4369 - TID: 1 - Txp: 22 - Beam: Europe

My advice is to buy a motor, but keep the dual lnb set up. This is what I have
done.

Best of luck.

Thanks for that.

I actually have a 1.2m motorised dish, but want to have a sep system for my GF (sirius/Amos) It would allow her to watch her channels and I can watch mine :p

4west+5east = about 9 degrees. If the bracket only covers 6 degs then, I
guess not.

You can get sliding brackets which cover more than 9deg

Google for some of the UK sat shops. :)
