Sorry to be dunce, but why would existing customers have to pay £60 for someone to unscrew 2 F connectors and reconnect them to a different box?

Well they do need to add a quad LNB and run a new cable. I guess that those figures apply to people with standard Digiboxes (not Sky+), they have always given better deals to new customers, simply to attract the business.

Oh. I thought it meant existing SKY+ customers :rolleyes:

What is the deal for an existig SKY+ customer who wants this option rather than the self upgrade route?
