Sky Digital Box Locks Up

Can anyone help with this one.

My friends been using his digital box without connection to the phoneline.

But now he's used his 35 quid of box office he needs to flush the buffer to make it work again.

How does he do this without telling sky.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 15-May-02 AT 06:38 PM (GMT)]As far as I know, the only way to clear the box and card is to reconnect to the phone line and pay for what has been viewed. You may find someone with "a friend" who manages to clear the records and view on an ongoing basis, but I've not heard from any source known to me personally, about successful methods of doing so.
