Hello,

We cancelled a sky digital subscription (in Spain), we still have the grundig receiver box and a huge satellite dish in the backyard. Is it possible to use the dish or the dish and the box to receive freely aired channels?

I plugged it back in and it says: "no satellite signal being received"

ps. I apologize if this is not posted in the correct section, I'm a newbie with satellite stuff

Yes it should be, depending on what you could receive before, when you cancelled and what your card looks like (Card with yellow house on it), but the card may need 24hrs to update.

There is of course always the chance that your dish may have moved or the receiver has blown its power supply, a common fault with Grundig receivers
