Advice Needed Sky+ HD and The Sky+ Remote Record App

I have had this problem for a while now, i have 2 Sky+ HD boxes in my house and on the app it will only pick up one of them they are both connected to the phone lines everything is in working order but no matter how many times i search for the boxes it will only pick up the main one any ideas how to resolve this is it the app or the box?

Load the sky app on the iphone, go to sky at the top and them settings, select sky hd boxes. Then you should be able to select the box you wish to control.
