I have sky+ and want to watch some of the recorded programs on my PC. I have already upgraded the hard drive within the PC. Is there anyway i can just take the hard drive out, plug in into my PC and copy it to my ragualr PC hard drive, download a codec and it work??
If there are any solutions please let me know!!

THANKS

The Sky+ files can’t be played back on anything other than a Sky+ box with a subscription to the channel you want to playback. If you take the hard drive out and put it in your PC you won’t be able to recognise the files on it, let alone play them back.

Getting a TVtuner/S Video card for your PC and then connecting it to the Sky+ box is about the only way of watching recordings on your PC.
