sky plus not all chanes are there

hi i just installed my fist sky plus today ,ive got a good signal on both
inputs 3/4 strength. ,now the
problem that i have got is some of the chanels are missing ie itv ,ch 4 ch5 itv2,etc i have alot of the sky and all of the sports any ideas please

Has the card not been used for a while? If it hasn't, they may take a few hours to return.


PS, just noticed that you don't mention quality of signal, what is the reading on that?

quality of signal 3/4 very good, new card today came on at 5.00pm
