Sky + Stuttering playback

The channels play ok when watching so its not a reception fault, but playing back its pixelling at points and like a split second pause at others, quite erratic and occurs at the same point if you rewind playback. Is this a HD fault, or more than likely to be a HD fault?

Try doing the system reset in the installer menu, it will wipe the disk and lose your saved films, but probably return everything to normal.

In case you are not aware where it is, go to Services, System Setup, 01 Select, then the Reset.
