Ok, either way, discussion of Paid C/S is absolutely forbidden. We recommend our Members use only Subscriptions issued directly by the Service Provider in accordance with their Terms & Conditions.

The only advice we can give you is to refer the flaky performance to whoever you paid for it.

As you no longer have multiroom, then you can, of course, disconnect your Sky Box (Not the Skybox!) from the phone line with impunity - I have no idea why, but maybe there is some inexplicable effect through the LAN/Phone system?

Anyway, that's as far as we can go, so I'm going to leave you with that thought and close the Topic.
