smartcard for dreambox 500 HELP

Does anybody know how can i make my Dreambox 500 to read a smartcard that i put in the smartcard reader?

Is there something that i have to do?

I have tried many different cards but with no result.

Please if anyone klnows, reply.

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Not really surprising that the response has been limited, posting in English in the German language section and asking about Dreambox configuration, when there is a dedicated section where everyone with Dreambox knowledge will be more likely to look. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Will now move this to the Dreambox section.
