solus card question

I have sky box rigged up with no card
I receive lots of shopping channels, bbc and reality tv
is there any advantage of getting a solus card as a have freeview from
ondigital days and already receive itv1/2 channel 5 etc
thanks for any replies in advance

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Only advantage I can see, is that you will be able to get most of everything on one box.

thanks rolf,
I think I will not bother with solus card I find changing channels with the sky box a pain
sick of the there is a problem with viewing card banner
problem is a aint got one

Not that I'd suggest anything like it, but may be worthwhile getting the viewing card anyway, there will always be some of our overseas members who would be delighted to pay a small handling charge for a working new type solus.
