Give us a link :D
PS: not much room left in the garage, so it better not be too large:D

To be honest I thought there was going to be a bit more than what's in there, got to say though my local stores have cracking sales on just now, got a wall panel heater for £10 from £30 last Saturday there, the rawplug packs have been reduced to £2 in the one up the road from me, and I picked up a 35 piece bit & socket set for drills for £1.99p from £3.99p if I remember there original selling price right was at least that, cracking deal.

TBH, already got "too many" small sockets and screwdriver bits - and most of them break too easily!
OTOH, the "large" inch-drive sockets I got from a local market many years won't break anytime soon :D

Yeah I'm not expecting much of the set but after getting that new drill from Lidl I thought this would be good to partner up with it, just struck me there's no separate blades mentioned for sale for that £99.99p Mitre saw.......weird

Not checked, but I suspect that the mitre saw takes standard-sized blades - ISTR the saws were already in our local "large" Lidl on Friday and there were also a range of blades as well.
PS: I think the current mitre saw is £79.99, not £99.99.

No your right sorry, this one that's in Aldi is £99.99, so Lidl has one and it's £20 cheaper and they were/are selling blades for it, Lidl winning again?

Just got myself a Machine Mart catalogue (signed up online) - quite a few useful things in there, including some relatively-inexpensive shelving that is 900mm /36" wide and will do for the garage at around £36 a unit.

OTOH:
- lot of the stuff is quite expensive
- half of the the index at the back is missing - starts in the middle of the "N's" :(

Air-compressor is also useful thing for any garage. Oldest daughter finished car-painting courses and asked to paint her car parts in my garage. I did not insist. So it is mess all around now. There was some priming left and I used it to cover back of CM 1.2m , just to check how that will work. It worked well, but still ...... it is MESS all around! She will be back to do more painting soon! o_O

Make it very clear to her that part of the "agreement" for using the garage is that SHE DOES THE CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS! :D

When are Aldi going to reduce the price of those Camping Satellite Kits, I've been in there nearly every day and they are still full price!

Mate, I have been keeping an eye out too, they have one in the high value glass display cabinet but it's still showing the full price as you say.

Interested to see how well that meter works.

Yes my local stores (5 I've been to so far to check) have removed the display units for some reason...
I hope they have a nice bit of stock out the back and will knock them out cheap.

Last year I got one of those Garmin Sat Navs with lifetime maps and traffic there for £25-£30, didn't really need it as I use my phone but it has come in handy a few times on longer trips.

Lidl may/may not be "winning" in this case because the Aldi one has a sliding bed - which I assume makes it easier to cut wide pieces of wood/material.

Lidl - Something else.

Was in the large local one, and picked up a couple of step stools for £3.99 each - quite sturdy and with a small carrying handle.

I'm needing a set of those, any idea if there recently in? I need them for the GF, she can't reach the tops of the kitchen cupboards where I store the unopened cereals.

Yes, recently in. OTOH, the steps are less than 1ft high, so I think you need something a LOT higher!
