Cheap prices for what seems a high spec TV always set off alarm bells in my head...

It is for me but 922 reviews say it's pretty good. It runs android, most of the knocks seem to be with the App Store etc, I only want it as a panel from my denon 4K amp.

I still can't quite make my mind up.

Looks like my bad luck strikes again, the new TV was delivered late last night, I had to go to Sherborne for the night, got back earlier on to open the new TV up and found the screen is cracked.

Who was the delivery company?
Looks like they played catch, with it, and lost:)
What was the packaging like?
There doesn't appear to be too much styrofoam insulation, to protect the television.

Where's the 'unlike' button?

Hope you sort it out. Most couriers don't care one iota about the goods they carry :(

Power consumption operational 177W?
That's too much for any TV.
Sorry about the TV condition or arrival. Maybe you can get a refund instead of a replacement?

Phoned ebuyer tech help to get my rma sorted out.

He apologised and asked me to email home the photos, once he had looked at them he agreed it's "damaged in transit" and agreed to arrange a replacement.

The only thing is that it's ebuyer s policy to received the faulty product first, then they will issue the replacement TV.

The chap seemed to think he can do that, the website says it's out of stock.

It also means I have to wait Another week or so.

How are you going to send it back? It must weigh at least about 50 kg with package.
I wouldn't trust them again. Can you get a refund instead?
