Lets take ur questions 1 by 1 ,

3500 CUCI comes in 2 versions, check ur receiver and if it says 3500 cuci plus then it has 1 MB RAM if its 3500 cuci super then its 2 MB RAM so use the correct file with 1 M or 2m.

Next the cable, the standard cable will not work make sure U have a cable which has only 3 pins connected 2,3 & 5, pin 2 & 3 should be twisted means pin 2 from one side should be connected to pin 3 of other side and same should be done for the pin 2 of other side also, pin 5 connected directly to pin 5 on other end.

Step by step instruction available on the same website I told U before, there is a file there "How to use eMUpgrade" download it and read it and U will know what to do.

Look for the keys for TPS Package on these sites and enter the latest keys
Lastly U forgot to ask how to enter keys in the receiver

select MENU on ur remote then INSTALLATION then INPUT CODE then VIACCESS then TPS and then enter the keys

i have starsat sr-x 3500cuci last time i installed the software v303 and the device working ok
but i want to upgrade my receiver but my receiver don't accepting the new version 310 and my receiver do restart when i want to upgrade its


i thinks that receiver want cleaner

if that true please send the cleaner to me and thanks

if not please answer me what do

Test maybe it help:
Start UPLOAD
Start "Wait B6B"
Then swich on receiver Upload must start before ERROR when this not works dry older Soft version and when this not help test with original soft.

Have seen plain soft in uploads but not remembe where What type receiver you have (plus, super or ultra) In my 3500CUCISuper works v310 without an error

but i don't test the orginal software because I don't have the orginal software.
my receiver is 3500 cuci ultra
but it accept the software of super(v303) ok
but now it does not accept any software
when i asked other people say to me you need to get cleaner to software
note my receiver work ok and it does not have any error
but when i want to upgrade its . it do restart and cancel the upgrade.

impatient posting will not get a reply any faster. It seems that you may have fried your receiver which is a risk you take when messing about changing firmware. Your next task is to find the correct firmware and then probably to Jtag the board if that is possible with your stb. You are going to need lots of patience and determination to overcome your problem. Before you ask me no I do not know how to jtag your stb. You will need to research the subject. Start by searching the forum as there have been many threads concerning what this involves.

Problem. A software 20060616_SR-X3500CUCI_V335_ULTRA without keys:
- Sirius 5E RTI via2 id:019410 (INTER). To enter from the remote control it is impossible.
- Without many BISS keys for Ukrainian, Russian & Belarussian channels.
The big request, How make additions to a software?
