The flash memory is not working-it does not detect the usb stick. Any ideas.

What is the best receiver for Europe/Middle East for under $100.

Try another USB stick and see if the same thing happens.
Best receiver for what?
Try asking local sat shops, as ordering from abroad would add a lot to the total price and then there is the additional customs clearance cost.
