hi can any one help me i need do delete all my star track 2100ce cuz i uesd World-in-box-II but it dosen't work i try to uesd it softwear but it dosnot work can any one help me how can i format my receiver and but it org softwear star track 2100 ce ined help

i downloaded this new sotware:S170EC_$STK_A6792_20060518_AUCPCnc.auc
i connected my star track world in box to the pc
i switched of the main power supply(there is no power switch behind the reciever) and i ran the file arioner
then i opened the sotware and
den clicked send program to IRD
den in the last statusbox the followin appeared:waiting connect request ack
den wen i switch on the main power supply.
but the same status continues
somebody plz help me asap
im new to this world

my be your serial cable has a problem my be it is not a cros one
test it
from where you get the new software i need italso
