STB3100 by Mentor Data Systems

I used to have a cable tv and they went bacrupt know I am left with this STB3100 satellite receiver I got my dish moved to different satellite to watch free to air channels but the box want let me watch anything on horizontal signal only vertical is there any patch or any software or anything at all I can put on this receiver so I can use it proparlly??? This is the pic of the box....

i have an stb3100 product from mentor data system...it is a sattelite reciver with a smart card...my neighboar sgot the same and the same settings but i cant watch chanell nr 64 and 63 witch are serbian chanels and they are free to ait too...does anyone know what should i doo or does anyone has got a software for this box witch is going to enable me this chanels...

i have this message Not authoriside chanell...i tryed the same box from my friend everything works perfecly...please someone help me....
