covered it with more bricks and dirt it could wish for that will keep it dry

right i have put the dish up and signal is 80% but the quality 10% and i have done everythink i can think of a the moment and it will not go higher .it will not go lower either 52 set on the motor i set the dish to the best signal on the meter dish in right place used a satellite compass wot the hell do i do now 3 hours on joy getting dark help
