can anyone work this out?
i live in an apartment and the satellite comes from a dish on the roof that we all share. i think the signal is boosted but not sure. three lnb's are connected to the dish, one for nilesat, arabsat and hotbird. (i live in uae). anyway the problem is that only some of the transponders from hotbird are sufficiently strong to produce a picture. the rest are white rather than the yellow signal strength indicator that my decoder (technosat 5500ss) uses to indicate a healthy signal.
help??
ps they also multiplex FM Tv signals on the same co-ax. any problem with that.
