Hi all. Before I start checking all the cabling/dish position) LNB I just wanted to check it's not the normal summer breakup of signal I have seen in previous years. Are people in central Europe (I'm in Frankfurt am Main Germany) seeing a drop out of signal at the moment?

My Satellite Setup
Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.
My Location
South Durham
Sun outage would only affect channels for a short period of minutes while the sun is directly behind the satellite. I believe the date for this phenomenon has already passed.

Definitely sounds like a cable, dish &/or LNB issue, or else the receiver has failed!

Therefore the obvious questions that you should address (and these have been the causes of similar issues before!) seem to be :
- were there any recent issues, like intermittent loss of signal, that then just "corrected" themselves?
- have you moved any relevant furniture or equipment because that may have caused some form of unnoticed cable disconnection/partial disconnection?
- have you actually changed any equipment &/or cables?
- have there been local strong winds which could have moved the dish &/or damaged it and the connected cables?
