Any of you guys out there know if this should be shown on an LCD?I was lucky enough to get a ticket for a showing at BBC Scotland HQ last and was mightily impressed. The 25.1 sound system was unbelievable and my ears were still ringing for 10 minutes after I left.As there was no question and answer section I was wondering wether I was duped. That's not to say the pics weren't awsome, because they were, but I thought they should be on an LCD.The first part shows development of super hi vision and the next a highlights package of the opening ceremony of the Olympics. A split screen shows HD pics on one side and UHD on the other. When they zoom in on HD you can see picture distortion but on UHD there is none. They also show stereo sound then 5.1 cinema sound then 25.1 super hi vision sound. All in all I was impressed but am still left wondering if it could improve as it was only shown on a roughly 20M by 8M rear projection screen. If you can get a ticket then I would suggest go for it.Screenings are in London,Bradford and Glasgow.Regards.

Is this the NHK system the BBC are demostrating that's 16x higher resolution than HD, are you sure an LCD could reproduce that? When you say only shown on a 20x8M screen in what context do you mean only?
