Good afternoon

I can many suppliers of 19mm & 25mm wide S/A tapes, but I can't find anywhere that supplies narrower tapes - I did have some 10mm or 12mm wide stuff but used it all because it was handy in tight situations.

So, could anyone point me in right direction (preferably in the UK, but almost anywhere else might do)?

Thanks in advance.

"Pointed", I grant you, but not that practical when you are up a ladder or similar (one might cut one's self if one did not fall off the ladder!):(
Cut it before you climb the ladder then...

@Channel Hopper
Many thanks for both leads - unfortunately the 1st one is discontinued (and it was water-soluable!), and the 2nd is a foam-backed s/a tape - so either isn the 1st is not suitable for the sort of task for which we normally use s/a tape in sat installations.
Edited: Mucho apologies - I misread your post and the 2nd link- butyl-tape might well work and so I might give it a try.:(

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

You never actually said what it was for ( apart from a tap) , so under the circumstances.....

FWIW, the tape I would like to get would be for "general use" - but mainly for LNB connections right under twin LNBs, and the multiple connections under the closely-packed F-connectors on a DiSEqc switch.

OTOH, the "liquid tape" suggested by @RustySpoons seems to work quite well - but it's "messy" (to say the least!) and so that stuff gets almost "everywhere" that you don't want!:rolleyes:

Which band of twin LNB ? I will concur some quad/Quattro designs can be a right pain to seal, But have found it a lot easier to fit tape with the LNB off the clamp, having first marked the skew and focal distance points on a 'dummy run'.
