Surface in slope

I want to install a dish on a surface which is in slope will I have
to first make the surface smooth or I can tilt the LNB according
to the slope of the surface?

I would suggest you do not bother as it will complicate things enormously. Stick to the recognised methods. i.e begin with a vertical pole or a vertical wall. The picture shows why, or am I misunderstanding what you are trying to do???

There is normally some adjustment possible, but life is MUCH easier if the mounting surface is more or less vertical.
