system not finding digitalb and supersports on 16e

ok guys here is my problem

i have always been able to pick up supersports on 16e and get a strong signal 87% and quality 76% have been able to pick channels up on a weaker signal i factory defaulted my system as kept coming up channel list ect full now when i scan 16e i cant pick up the digitalb channels anyone got any ideas
i have a technomate 1500+super and motorized system
any help would be much appreciated

Try scanning them in manually:
11055 V 27900 3/4
11094 V 27900 2/3
11449 H 27500 7/8
