Technisat Skystar 2, hardware rev. 2.6D.
PCI card for reception of free-to-air satellite TV.

No original box or installation CD but everything is downloadable from Technisat's website.

Comes with remote control and IR cable

£30 including del.​
Sky+ receiver 160GB (80 + 80) fully working incl remote.
£45 including del. ono

Postage and delivery within the UK only

The 2.3 is the version with hardware blind scan.

thanks for the input,i use it long time ago,but i forgot the name of the tool in the meantime,was there not also another revision called 2.3 c?

if so was this c version also compatible with the blindscan?

With the computers being so fast today there is no need for a dedicated hardware blindscan chip anymore hence you don't find any DVB-S/S2 PCI cards with dedicated hardware chips

what kind of other tv card ,and what sofware do you use at the moment for blindcan?
dont follow that since around 2 years,this the reason why i ask!:)

I don't use blindscan and I got a Skystar 2 HD card at the moment...

I think DVBViewer supports blindscan but I have never tried it

Are you sure it's not just to save money. With me if I can't do a blindscan in 10 minutes I start to get annoyed. Most forums talk about software blindscan taking several hours.
