first off I'm a newbie, I joined this forum to explore the possibilites of using a sat card in my PC to get some free "footy", however after trawling through the posts in various sections I decided to visit the local sat shop, this guy has this box TECHNOMATE 5500CI (T13) for £139 if I stick on a 80cm dish this rises to £189 (fittings and lnb inc.) the question is would this set up allow me my main goal (no pun intended) of getting the likes of the romainian sports channels, I relise there is no motor but I have to keep the cost down. would this be a better option than the Sat card scenario? is this setup a good starting point for the beginner?
