hi i read the technomate TM-5302 could decide 4:2:2 ..but i just get a weird picture ?

In a nutshell no it can't

You use the tuner to stream the 4:2:2 to your PC and watch the stream on that.

stream to pc ? .. hmm how do u mean stream ?

The Tm5302 can't stream to PC, I was referring to a PC Card or enigma 2 box.

I think the tm5402 has a stream to PC option, but don't quote me on that.
