Writing from South Africa i purchased the above receiver in the UK.Ku band is fine, but when switching to C band ,using LNB single freq 5150 or OCS 5150/5750 there is no signal /quality.I have tested my dish and C band LNB with another receiver and that is working.Can someone please give me some advice here,what i could be doing wrong.

Perhaps the fact that the TMS 1000D is a Ku band receiver may have a bearing on the situation. I have to admit that although I know some receivers can handle both I was not aware that this could but am not clued up on C band at all as i have never used it. I assume it all depends on the intermediate frequency the low noise block converter converts down to.
