is there any software else addition to hyper terminall can deal with this reciever

i downloaded wrong software and it now gives 0000

and not working

i hope anyone help\ me urgently

Dear,

You need to reinstall the correct software again.I have this problem before.

1-Unplug The DSR.
2-Use Hyper terminal.
3-Press Z and keep prerssing the the plug the DSR.
4- Type 1 the send the attached software if you have boot : R3R 1.14
