Gibertini 1.25m motorised dish driven by the AD3000, with either Inverto BU Quad or Norsat / XMW Ka LNBs . SMW 1.05m + 3 other dishes. Speccy: Promax HD Ranger+

Sad news indeed ..
I subscribed to the 'Television' mag for over 15 years ...but found it related less and less to my TV repair needs ...so gave up on it some years ago.
Its a great shame though..
I too liked Rogers reports ...and the humerous adecdotes of Les Lawry ...back in the day..
Their problem imo came when they tried to diversify ..and drifted away from their core readers ..TV engineers..
such is life.

...many a 'mad science' project started as a result of some bizzare item sold through Sendz ...that geeky store that used to advertise on the rear cover..

AH yes, Sendz... tin can specialist (VHF tuners) :-rofl2

Made many a TV tuning module with those for DXTV working the continental VHF stations :)

Really? I'll have to look at the magazine rack at our local te$co, hopefully without a stupid price like £3.99 individually or buy two for £10, like they usually do... :-rofl2
