I have been sending texts from the O2 website, however it seems that only about half of them actually arrive.
The O2 site says they have sent, and stores them in my outbox on the website, but they never actually arrive. I am sending them to a UK mobile.
I’ll soon run out of my 30 (or whatever it is) free texts and don’t really see the point in buying more if it carries on like this.
Is this service known to be problematic?
