Barcelona claim they have agreed a £16million fee for Thierry Henry.

Official announcement due on Monday apparantly that he has signed a 4-year deal.

I guess that he may have scored more, had he played more.

Will be a shame to lose him from the Premiership though.

But we've seen how playing for a new club has improved Van Nistelrooy.

It's strange, the writing has been on the wall about this transfer for a long time, and yet it's still a slight shock.

It will be interesting to see what happens at the Emirates over the coming weeks, one would think they would try to get a replacement before the pre-season at least.

Great managers have to be ruthless...He is approaching 30, will be injured more and more and it is time to cash in...
I for one am not an Arsenal lover, and I never liked Henry anyway with his arrogant goal celebrations and the way he always pretends to be innocent.

Good player he was, and he scored some great goal I must admit, but the way he is behaving in the last couple of years regarding the move to Arsenal just shows he cares only about himself. So if I were an Arsenal fan I would not be too sorry that he has finally gone.

I was always surprised how many star players left/were sold by Arsenal over the years...
