that dish and using an lnb from my current 64cm dish

that motor

would these both together be everything i need for a motorized setup? the dish comes with a polemount.

could i use my dm500 to turn the dish using disecq 1.2 or maybe its not powerful enough so i have to use my 7020 ?

tips/ideas/help.

P.S. the dish needs to be wallmount

Looks OK, the Gilbertini is a good dish, I would probably go for a 1.2m designated motor though, as that one will be on the edge of its capability.

ok, will a dm500 be powerful enough to turn a 1.2m capacity motor?

There are mixed thoughts on this, we have members using them (DM500s) quite successfully with DiseqC motors, but others who have experienced problems, the current draw on that motor seems no less than a 1.2m spec one.

Ok.

I have a bracket on my wall holding the 64cm dish atm which is on a pole but wall if you get me.

Would i be able to mount the motor onto that existing bracket then mount dish onto motor :)?

Depends on how strong and how plumb the bracket is, it needs a perfectly vertical mast for the motor/dish to traverse the arc accurately.

Why not get your motor from _http://www.dvb-shop24.net/product_info.php/info/p7_MOTECK-2100A-DISH-MOTOR---DiseqC-1-2---GO-TO-X.html and save your self a few quid, he advertises on this board.
The Gib85cm dish is superb, well made by a proper dish manufacturer. Aluminium with galvanised mount, light but strong.
