all the time i was searching for signal and couldn't get
the reason was the bracket i was using would not allow me to set evelvation (A) low enough because the pole the lnb sits was interfering (:cool: , so with a slight adjust using that well known delicate tool the hammer i corrected the fault:-thumbup

i have a 60 cm dish its fixed to the wall with a sky bracket two exhaust clamps and a tv aerial mounting bracket and it works fine

Could you not have moved the pivot bolt to back hole to lower the elevation?

Looks like the dreaded "Funke" dish to me. Good dish,well made but a cr@p mounting system spoils it.
The good old "Birmingham Screwdriver" came in handy then!

no not motorised just monoblock i would need a lot more exhaust clamps for that

rolf, tried lowering pivot bolt but then coundn't fine tune adjustment.:(

Had one many moons ago. Gave up in the end and fixed a back plate off of a smaller Gibertini dish onto it. No problems with setting up after that. That is why I stated it was a good dish, but the mounting system is cr@p.
