Thomson sky HD receiver still on old firmware

Thomson sky HD receiver still on old firmware, Any tips on getting it to update tried a forced update but no luck.

Im i right in saying it downloads the update in to the cache then it needs a signal to trigger the update

Kyrenia - NORTH CYPRUS
What version are you running? Mine is 5.02.fHD
You should have Anytime TV option once upgraded to this version....I also tried to force upgrade a friends box three times without success...

On mine when i press tv guide red button is HD channels, Details of firmware below,

I cant make any sense how this upgrade process is working lately...I didnt have to do anything to get the upgrade,i think my box received the upgrade round about the same time SKY did a shuffle on movie channels...

I have two Sky HD receiver one updated a few weeks ago to the new anytime tv firmware but the other is stuck on the old firmware:confused
