ticket channels

Has there been some change on the ticket channels on viasat
I used to get ticket 1 - 8 but now only 1 and 2 plus some others
Any help would be gratefully received

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.
My Location
Berkshire
They are doing something with the service, but not really sure what yet.
