I've been having a look around for a blank card to use and im not too sure which is the best to go for??? I've heard a lot about the titanium card and it looks like there is a lot of support out there for it as well. But I was talking to a mate and he said something about a Pentacard or a Knotcard, does anyone have any knowledge of these cards?? The Pentacards seem to be the more expensive of the 3 so im assuming it is better??

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Knot card is the only way to open Digital Plus (spanish) at the moment, other than that it doesn't have any more advantages over a titanium at the mo'

The knotcard has more memory, but it is the programming team behind the knotcard that makes the difference. They dumped an original card somehow, but have kept the information secret because the knotcard has encryption in its loader. So D+ does not appear on titanium because no titanium programmers have access to the same information as the knotcard team.

As of yesterday (27 July 2004), D+ on Astra became available on dreambox, dragon cam, and titanium.

Yuppers at the moment the Titanium is your best buy. The Penta / Knot do not offer any advantages over the the Titanium. The Titanium is a fraction of the others...

I use a Titanium card and can get most of what is hacked.

At this point in time....The Tit rocks.

There are still some advantages to various cards, some disadvantages too.

The Pentacard or VR3 as it is called is normally the first with the latest file in Conax, also can be programmed to decrypt Cryptoworks, Doesn't do anything else though.

The Knott card is still new, but I guess will be the first on S2 decryption. Not sure what else can be done with it.

The Titanium is still a good all round card, if you are prepared to wait for your TV, then this is the card to own, now considered good value. :D Strange how times change.;)

A tit card is useful and I still prefer the dragon cam as well. As yet I don't think the Knott card is worth the extra expense.

Got an E-mail from a company the other day offering them for sale, but don't know anyone who has one.
