Advice Needed TM6900 not showing subtitles during the playback.

Hi Guys,

I have a TM6900 on the latest I believe patch 7.06p, I use a legal Sky card but when I try to record a program the subtitles dont show during the playback, I have tried a number of Of USB memory sticks but the problem remains, the recording are fine but as I said during playback subs dont show.

Sky minidish and Sky + HD 250gig Anytime+ box with full ish appart from sports and movies, Dreambox DM500s clone (Pli Jade3 max var F/W), Motorised 1.1Meter Dish

Have you tried playing one of the recordings using VLC player to see if it is recording the subtitles?

Checked with the VLC player, for some reason doesn't seem to record the subtitles, any ideas?:)

Was there not a subtitle file saved in the same location as the video?

It's got me stumped then, unless there is an option in the menu on the receiver somewhere
