Tm6900 super, anyone have 1 for sale??

Hi guys, looking for a Tm 6900super, i have previously posted for a dm800 however ive found out that i cant get 1 with twintuner, i need 1 for the missus.... so i think the next best thing is prob the 6900 super? thanks

The TM6900 is not a twin satellite tuner. It has one terrestrial and one satellite tuner.

The TM-7100 twin tuner is what you want.

Ahh nightmare!! Ive been looking and thought this would do the trick, is it not possible to change the tuner on this to twin sat tuner?? thanks

The 7100 is the same as but with a twin satellite tuner.

So effectively the 7100 is similar to a sky+ plus? as this is what i need, or the missus wont let me change the existing setup we have.... Unless i put me foot down... but then again she'd kick me out haha.

It depends what you mean by ' similar to Sky+'

The sky+ receiver has twin tuners, a hard disk drive, with a fully populated epg and other functions such as series link etc etc.

The TM will offer basic twin tuner functionality with a HDD recorder like the Sky+ box, but there will be no fancy other functions, just a basic now and next epg.

If it is just for Freesat from 28E of course, all you need is a Humax HDR, which offers Freesat+ functionaility.

I only need the Twin sat tuners and a hardrive, not bothered about the epg.. but i also need it to support ccam... its going online see... any alternatives?? cheers
