I sent my dragon cam back to PULSAT as it was fualty
weeks ago for my money back no sign at all
looks like I will take them to small claims counrt . I've writern to what satellite saying how bad it is and they will with draw them from advtisement.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Just to balance things a bit Nitefire, I've just bought some items from Pulsat including a white tit card,and they phoned me to explain likely problems with the card vis-avis file corruption, and whether I still wish to purchase it.

In fifteen years of dealing with similar firms, I can't recall the same level of service to the customer.

Like most busy companys today some things can be overlooked.....all it normally takes is a polite call.....as for Pulsat I have known quite a few people to use them and with no problems!
